Oooooh, the T's & C's, everybody's favourites; we're sure you're a frequent (cyber shopping) flyer, but we'd appreciate it if you could take a moment to familiarize yourself with ours.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship internationally and aim to fulfil your order within 2 - 4 working days; you will receive confirmation emails regarding the receipt and despatch of your order.

For UK destinations, we use Royal Mail First Class.
For international destinations, we use Royal Mail International tracked and signed service.

The cost of shipping will be calculated at check-out; delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Please ensure that you provide us with your correct address and that there is someone who can claim the package if you are not available. If a package is returned to us because the address provided is incorrect, could not be found or because the package was not claimed, we will require additional payment to be made before the package can be resent. Please note that this does not apply if the fault is ours.

We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges (including any customs / tax charges associated with international shipment outside the UK), or expenses resulting from delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to jeté with joy when you receive your order from us, so if there is a problem please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve it.

All items must be returned within 14 days in an unworn, unwashed condition with the security tags attached and in their original packaging. You must contact us with your order number before returning any items.

​

If your item is faulty we are happy to offer a full refund (including the return shipping costs) or exchange for an identical item with no additional shipping charges once the original order has been returned to us. We may request that a digital photograph of the fault is sent to us before the item is returned. If the item is out of stock we are happy to offer an alternate exchange at the same monetary value should you wish.

If your item is not faulty but you wish to return it, that's absolutely fine; please note that we cannot give you a refund on the return shipping cost. Once we have received the item, we will of course offer you a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

 SIZING - COLOURS - CUSTOM

We currently stock sizes UK 6 to UK 16, the measurements and dimensions of our different styles can be found on our Size Guide Page, hopefully it's nice and clear, but any questions, give us a shout.

We do our best to ensure that the colours and prints on our fabrics are represented as accurately as possible (we shoot in the studio using natural light), but please be aware that colour variation can occur due to the settings and resolutions on different screens.

​

We are a Boutique business in terms of manufacture, which gives us freedom to offer exclusive designs and, whilst we don't currently offer a custom service per se, we'll always do our best to help you.

​

If an item is out of stock or you would like a style in one of our alternative fabrics please get in touch to discuss the matter as sometimes we are able to produce bespoke items.
